look, I am categorically against making government lists of people with certain diagnoses or characteristics, but if we're gonna start with that bullshit, maybe it should be "guys with literal worms in their brains acquired from repeatedly eating dead animals they find on the ground".
because that is some real ass shit that needs strategic investigation.
