Creating industrial capacity is just like vibeo gane, where you click the picture of the factory in the menu and click the spot on the map where you want it, and it just magically appears in 30 seconds
All Trump needs to do is to have the barracks produce 1 singular Engineer and send it to China's Construction Yard which will instantly convert it. Then he will have 2 construction yards, and will be able to mix Kirov Airships and Apocalypse Tanks in with his Prism Tanks and SEALs.
