WE'RE CLOSING IN ON THE SHOOTER. HE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AND LOCATED. BUT IF ANYONE WANTS TO LET US KNOW WHO HE IS AND WHERE HE IS WE'LL GIVE THEM 50,000 DOLLARS
