If it's in America you're basically good because there essentially no law against it and at worst you'll get a fine.
Counter point, the US makes up laws for things like this as they come up.
Yep, as this becomes more common they'll start legalizing specifics. At the end of the day the law is just a suggestion and the judge can do basically whatever they want.
This would likely fall under Unlawful Access to a Computer System statutes.
Assuming they hacked it, I just thought they paid to get it up there.
