This is going to sound so obvious to some of you but I’ve just started doing this and it’s worked really well for me. I’ve had acne all my life (in my 30s now). Sorry if this sounds silly:

Wash your face with hot water to open up your pores. Put soap on it. Wash the handsoap (preferably cleanser) away with cold water. Do this in the shower as well.

It actually works lol

I use sandpaper to sand off the imperfections on my skin
