I don't think we are born heroin addicts, the capitalist world we live in makes people sick, physically and mentally, and substances are a quick, temporary, relief from it
I want to believe if we got isekaied into communism we could be happy again
Selling communism to anime nerds cuz revolution is like a collective isekai
What I mean is the effects of heroin are so highly addictive that it's impossible not to become an addict. The capitalist hellscape only changes whether or not you're willing to cross the threshold. Under communism, fewer people would be willing to give up. But you'd still have people with addiction problems, with heroin having the worst potential.
