I can't unsee how she looks like Laois from Dungeon Meshi there, and now I can practically hear her excitement at getting to say the punchline.
No, context implies she. It's a pretty common surgery for trans women as the testes produce testosterone.
Also note that this community is on Blahaj Zone, an instance meant to be a nice space for LGBTQ people, so there are gonna be a lot of posts about trans people, like this one.
