It’s literally all forms of bigotry, because anyone of any disadvantaged group could be called “DEI.”
The only group it doesn’t apply to is rich, white, able-bodied, straight, cis, Christian, never-jailed, well -educated men*.

DEI initiatives have been popular in organizations in the past decade to increase diversity. This angers fascists, so they mock and attack it.

The E stands for "equity", not "equality".
This use is a racist fog horn, but otherwise I agree.
Starting to feel it's gone beyond a dog whistle. Most of those are far more low-key, like "thug" or "urban" or "welfare queen". And this one is more clearly defined by facts and usage than "woke".
They might as well come out and say, "This is what comes from hiring n*****s and women!"
They're pathetic fucking cowards who won't just say what they mean because they know they can't win running as open racists.
