I have a cold right now, and I needed to pick up some cough syrup to give me some relief. I wore a mask to prevent my illness from spreading to other people.

We should be normalizing this behaviour.

Do you want a summer cold? No. Me either. Wear a mask when you're sick.

We'll look at that. I'm even MORE incentivized to donate, now

That's not the only way to interpret it. I read it as "healthy AND loving AND monogamous", meaning monogamous relationships do get tons of recognition, but they're often very unhealthy relationships.

Played this on SNES and it's way underrated

I just looked at the prices on eBay and I have no idea what's going on over there. Are those accurate going-rate prices? I'm pretty sure I bought mine off the "games no one has ever heard of and will not buy" sale rack once upon a time, haha!

I had no idea there were sequels! Thanks for that bit of info

Survival Kids

It's a bit of a silly survival game that starts with you being stranded on an island. I got a kick out of it because there were a few different game endings that were dependent on the actions you took earlier in the game.

I just wanna have one normal weather week. No hail, no tornadoes, no fires, no extreme heat, just one normal week.

Racial bias propagating, click-baity article.

Did anyone bother to fact check this? I ran her exact photo and prompt through Playground AI and it pumped out a bad photo of an Indian woman. Are we supposed to play the raical bias card against Indian women now?

This entire article can be summarized as "Playground AI isn't very good, but that's boring news so let's dress it up as something else"

13 years, and honestly I thank them for the kick in the ass I needed to get off that site.

I overwrote my posts and deleted my account. I wish them luck, but Reddit has evolved into something I no longer want to be a part of.

I'll never get over my account getting a temporary ban because I was chatting with my sister about one of her foster cats being pregnant. Apparently "pregnant" was a problematic term. I moved over to Marapets and I actually still check into that site daily.

money and profits generated by those mundane tasks are still realized, it’s just that they are no longer going to workers, but funneled straight to the top

Workers should be paid royalties for their contributions. If "the top" is able to reap the rewards indefinitely, so should the folks who built the systems.
