But that utter failure of a tram was actually a tramway that would get on wheels instead of rails at some points. This looks more like the Mettis in Metz which are double articulated hybrid buses using dedicated lanes.

Je propose de remplacer le rouge par un rose un peu pastel, et le bleu par un bleu clair un peu pastel aussi. On garde le blanc

Well, Moria was a different case. The expedition to retake Moria was a long time ago (25 years before Fellowship). And Moria had been lost a long time ago in the first place.

Agreed on that. I've had two bosses where I had to spend 7+ hours to beat. But what I do is I play for max 2h at a time, usually less. And when I get back to it the day after,I really feel like I progressed

You're correct. In addition you could strafe using left/right C buttons, and you could look up/down using up/down C buttons, but that was awkward and not really designed to aim.

But we also must remember that those games had an auto lock system. Your character would actually target the ennemies by himself, you would only use the crosshair to dona headshot when you have time to aim, or to aim at a specific object in the game.

But yeah, that seems so clunky compared to what we have today

Same in France, and some cities are even experimenting the opposite: ads are opt-in, and you need to put a "I want ads" sign to get them instead.

Agreed. Combined with a jellyfin instance and you will never want to come back. As said before, it takes a while to setup at first (especially if you download animes which aren't exactly handled the same way), but when it's done you'll see you weekly episodes magically appear with nothing to do on your side, and that's just great

French here, yeah it kinda is. Or at least it's rare but not exceptional I guess, at least for fluvial transport (barges and other similar types of ships)

It's usually not that bad, and at most requires some reinforcement of the bridge, or at least the removal of some parts of the ship that were embedded in the bridge example here in France.

It's not Swedish specific though. In French it's the same, you "take" a decision

Well, all airlines certified by Nepal (it's not the only country concerned by this, but it is concerned) are banned from flying in Europe for safety reasons.

It's not specified why, but reasons can be lack of oversight, lax regulations. All of that usually causes maintenance issues, lack of training, bad safety processes.

I also read the report, which states that the main factors for the crash are

  • lack of training (including crew resource management)
  • non compliance with standard operating procedure
  • challenging visual approach causing high workload

So basically the pilots were experimented (they were definitely not new pilots at all), but the approach was difficult, did not meet safety standards, documentation for it was not up to date, and pilots were not sufficiently trained, and did not respect standard procedure in the cockpit either.

That's a systemic error and it would have happened at one moment, regardless of the pilots.

(my source for the report https://www.tourism.gov.np/files/1/9N-ANC%20FINAL%20Report.pdf )

No, I'm 100% certain it's the case for Triangle Strategy (I really was interested in the game from the start so I remember it well).

However, it's very likely to also be the case for Octopath Traveller, so you're probably right too.

Can't talk about the others, but that's kinda what happened with Triangle Strategy. It was presented as "Project Triangle Strategy" when it was first announced, and the title was officially a working title.

Then it was officially released as "Triangle Strategy"

I think something similar happened with Bravely Default, but not sure about that
