Wie schafft man es 20000€ an Mehrkosten für eine Website zu verursachen? wir reden schon von einer quasi-statischen öffentlichen Informationsseite, oder? Wurden da extra 5 Leute Vollzeit angestellt?
A bit of topic but why the hell does the champagne wiki reccomend Edge as a browser citing it's AI capabilities? Is this copied directly from MS marketing material?

You can lock the files you're sharing, so that other people can see them, but are unable to download. Unless they are specifically allowed to do so. Many people that do this only unlock the files if you have something good to trade (that's also locked) or you pay them
Als Banner würde ich auf jeden Fall das Bild vom canvas lassen, als Logo ist das ganze mir jedoch etwas zu chaotisch. Außerdem ist der weiße Streifen in der Österreichischen Flagge im canvas bild so arg breit. Beim alten Logo passiert dafür mit der Nase recht wenig.

Mich verwirrt an dem ganzen vor allem, dass der AStA zuständig dafür ist. Für eine neu geschriebene Website (und wahrscheinlich Migration der alten Inhalte) finde ich 36k jetzt auch nicht unbedingt viel. Verträge abschließen die doppelt so viel kosten wie beschlossen ist ist aber auf jeden Fall ne gute idee. Und die Website nichtmehr selber bespielen können klingt auch super
