I played it last year, and I found the narrative charming and emotionally resonant. The setting is bland, ok, sure. But the interactions between the characters and the general vibe of the writing was of a very particular style that really worked for me, after I realized the game doesn't take itself too seriously. Maybe it doesn't grab everyone the same way. But you should try it!

I got the email this morning and to my great surprise the red and white kufiyas were still available when I got thru the queue. Copped one. Even better, the local sportsball team's colors are red and white. Looking forward to doing a lot of hiding in plain sight.
