Yeah per my note above is one of those lists in /instances specifically the blocked instances? On lemmy they’re clearly marked in a “blocked” list. On piefed the lists are different.
Yeah, one real concern is that bottom-of-the-barrel lawyers will continue to just use their $20/month chatGPT subscription, and not something more lawyer-centric that will (eventually) be able to weed out the true stupidity almost 100% of the time.

When this happens to me it’s usually a cloudflare problem. Sometimes it fixes itself in a day or two. A few times it has been broken for weeks and I’ve had to use a VPN to reach it.
