Ich sehe eine Ausgabe von 20.000 € halt erst ein****mal als Ausgabe von 20k €. Kann man dumm nennen, ist dann aber wohl mein Problem.

Das kann man nicht nur dumm nennen, sondern sollte es auch tun. Diese Art der Herangehensweise ist nicht mehr der Realität vereinbar, sonst würde bspw. dein Abendbrot ja nie was kosten, weil du es ja schon gekauft hast. Und trotzdem hast du jeden Monat kosten. Aber das ist dann wohl dein Problem.

Nicht jeder wohnt ohne Garten oder Kleingarten in der Innenstadt. Absolute Ausnahme würde ich das halt nicht nennen.
