Oh, I haven't even considered that possibility. As I mentioned before, the PC is old, so anything is possible at this point. I will be testing them again, all at once, but with a different test and see how that goes, if it fails again it could be the controller I guess.

Yeah 1 error with all 4 sticks.
I never really tinkered with voltage settings.

If you are no longer getting failures, it is possible one of the sticks was loose or had corrosion. The swapping may have "fixed" it.

I have not been following PC hardware for a while, but there was a time when RAM slots and the sticks themselves were designed to be used as a pair. Could be something like that?

Also since it’s occasional, could also be corrupted OS file, harddrive/SSD read issue or even a driver issue. Have you looked what errors are in the event log with the BSODs? Is it same or similar each time or completely random?

It is always the same thing. And it is entirely possible that OS is causing it, since the installation is old af, but now my bigger concern is that initial RAM test fail.

Well googling suggested that the problem could be a graphics card driver. So I used DDU to clean the drivers and then I installed fresh ones but it didn't help.
But as I said, the RAM test failed when I did it with all 4 sticks...

Aren't app intents already a thing? It's up to dev to make them functional/useful?

I see that you are mainly uploading images to catbox or using direct links of the source image. Which is fine but on the lemmy website, sometimes thumbnails are missing and some posts cannot be expanded so you have to open link in the new tab. That is the only reason why I was asking that question in my post. But it's not a big deal.

What do you think about adding a rule to have Imaginary[something] in the title just so that you could use it as a search query to find specific art, since we don't have all of those separate, specific communities?

I was thinking about having a list of possible Imaginary "categories" in the sidebar, and when someone is making a post, they could just pick one that is fitting.

This is a list from Imaginary network on reddit that I grabbed, that could be potentially used. And you would just pick one subcategory or if you are not sure about specific one, you could put a category instead.

Haha, I'm not sure what you mean by that. I'm simply wondering if having someones artwork uploaded on a lemmy instance (even if credited) can cause copyright issues. I don't really know how that works.

Edit: Maybe I'm wording it incorrectly. I'm talking about someone filing a DMCA complaint / "unlawful reproduction or distribution of their work"...
