I personally use Krita a lot; it is a free and open source tool for creating digital art. While it's not quite as feature rich as Photoshop, it is still quite an excellent tool for designing. Check it out here: https://krita.org/en/

Help finding a head unit for a 2010 Lexus RX 350 (lemm.ee)
 

I am trying to find a decently priced yet functional aftermarket head unit (with CarPlay support) for a 2010 Lexus RX 350. The car in question has a monochrome display with a passenger airbag warning underneath as shown here and here. Does anyone have any suggestions, preferably from a reasonably reputable seller and/or site?
