His personal wealth is enough to easily put him in the upper middle class if not upper class, he is a millionaire via investments in several companies. He has every and all personal resource to not be such a disgusting troglodyte as he is. He CHOOSES not to live a dignified life because he is a disgusting fascist freak who gets off on how much power he can wield while being a repulsive person.
