I can talk ok but I do not know how to approach someone, acknowledge them without being first acknowledged, or build relationships let alone looking most people in the eye without getting pretty anxious. I have gone days laughing at the absurdity of thinking. More often the thoughts fight themselves. Today was the latter but I was reminded of the exercise to ask who is perceiving what I think I perceive. “Who thinks this, who thinks that,” makes it sound like my mind is treating me like a dog and that is fun/ny.
