The video tries to imply it's industry wide, but only show 3 tweets. I've also seen nothing but praise from other game developers I know.

Fans expectations for games are already insanely high. Baldur's Gate 3 isn't going to change much.

Also the video implies that this complaint is industry wide but only has 3 tweets (or X's?).

Yeah. I believe YouTube ads are basically just YouTube videos so it's difficult to filter out.

Does the premium version remove trackers or just stops ads appearing?

I really like the idea. However, I think maybe 1 or 2 apps on my phone support the color theming.

That privacy policy though. Not the best

Liftoff. I've tried a few others but Liftoff for some reason loads a lot faster compared to the others. On average it's about half the time compared to Thunder or Jerboa. At least for me.

I really hope they don't have a similar privacy policy to Niantic because it's horrible. Not only do they collect pretty much everything possible and then share it with third parties. They don't even define all the information they collect, only data they deem identifiable.

This Privacy Policy covers our use of any information that can or could be used to identify you ("Personal Data"). It does not cover information which cannot be used to identify you ("Anonymous Data").

Is this common for a privacy policy? I've never seen it before.

It was not the Google/Apple implementation. They were government funded apps which used a centralised db.

Unfortunantly this kind of data will be misused. I remember there was a big push from my governemnt to use contact tracing apps. Only to find out later that police were using it in investigations.

My PWAs always feel slow, unresponsive, and also run at what feels like 30fps rather than 120. Is this just how PWAs are? I'm using Firefox on Android.
