Respectfully: It's cultural, not racial. And AGP transfolk are definitely mostly a Western thing. Idk why, but we all know where the majority of those nu-ladies with the programmer socks were raised (larger determinant) and what they probably look like (which follows as natives are their countries' majorities unless it's a colonised place like the US/Israel)...

France, from what I gather, has more of a humane and rebellious spirit than the Americans, so maybe not (they're also not as brain-dead but that's a low bar, lol). But I'm no prophet, and I'll bounce to the global South eventually (in a decade or so, perhaps Malaysia) most likely either way.
