No, it says if you can bench press around 200 pounds you're more likely to have more sex than any other group. Probably because that's about the bench when you start looking pretty good, and feeling pretty healthy, without having to live at the gym.
The correlation with frequency of sexual activity might be stronger.

Damn... this is accurate for me. I mean I wasn't ever a male ho but I just realized all during the time I was in the novice levels of gym training, I was fooling around a lot. Once I started to enter the advanced levels of training, lol things slowed down and I began looking for marriage. Now that I'm in the advanced levels of training it's one woman, no more fooling around. One thing I noticed, I did intentionally stop fooling around for a while, I was testing a theory of refraining from ejaculation to see what the results were of my gym performance, which did in fact increase.

So, a 200-230 pound bench press is your target if you want to maximize the number of people you sleep with.
