Oh is that what's going to happen?
Ugh thanks I guess I've been living under a rock.

The waterfall scroll is one of my favourite features in Nova. I'm holding on until I come across a decent foss project or it breaks.
Is there a dystopian Lemmy community anywhere? Perfect content for that haha
Without using fde such as through luks. You can't be 100% sure it's not stored (at least temporarily) in unencrypted locations such as swap or another program's temporary place. That would make it trivial for someone to run data recovery software to retrieve it. Thanks to hardware accelerated encryption there shouldn't be any significant overhead. Your boot times might be marginally longer.
Having a separate encrypted space like what you're asking for is helpful if the medium is portable or you intend to give it to another person.

Looks like it's a bit of both worlds. The software for running them came separate. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12129
But they also revoked some games and this process might not work anymore. Can't test it
You were probably fortunate enough to have a console with the software emulator.
A quick look into it this morning said Microsoft offered these discs for people stuck without internet.

They also offered: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=12129
It's been awhile since I thought about this.
But my understanding is that it doesn't play the game from the disc. It only uses it to confirm proof of purchase and downloads a version of the game that will work.
It sounds like a bug with the image proxy feature like you suggested.
What version of Android are you using?
Are you using a customized rom that replaces the WebView component?
On a vanilla pixel 6 running Android 16 it's working for myself on Voyager and Boost.
For those that click in does this example work for you? What client and os are you using?

Edit: I noticed the colours are wrong on boost. This was fine in the past, curious.
