I probably unwittingly chose the worst time in known history to switch jobs.

If anybody has an open senior SRE position at work, that either sponsors or has a Canadian subsidary, let me know!

Last time was in 2020 and every other time past I've switched jobs within 2 weeks. My friends tell me it's a really tough market out there with all the layoffs; our department is probably more privileged actually.
