Today, during the sambo tournament, the Katsapas demonstrated a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher to the children there. Someone pulled the trigger and several people were injured as a result.

They have a long, long way to fall to achieve Russian levels of incompetence.

When they invade a minor nation, it falls in days and they get their ass handed to them slowly by guerillas, like God intended.

I don't know. In Florida, they do bath salts and occasionally freak out. In Russia, they have heroine that melts you alive.

In case this is serious and not just a circlejerk, nations/ethnicities do not have noticeably differing intelligence levels. What they do have is various levels and kinds of dysfunction. Russia had a very high level of a very all-encompassing kind, coming out of communism, and then Putin actively encouraged it to improve the stability of his regime. America's dysfunction is significant but largely confined to government for now - they can still design and build a really good rocket, app, corporation, bridge or even just spoon.

Edit: wait, the AT-4 has the safety cap, the rpg requires launch acceleration which firing it would do.

When I was in the Philippines the mall had a rock concert slash army recruitment event going on. They had like LMGs on the table while girls in camo were dancing. Was absolutely wild even for my American ass.
