It is creamy! There's a bit of coconut milk in it, so it's got a really nice creaminess to it
This looks like top notch winter cozy food.
Now I'm hungry, and I just ate. Sigh.
Looks delicious. Other than the mint and cilantro though, soup is probably 100 x better without them. Replace them with more onions, garlic and chilies.
