It's horrible.

This dish you see here used to be served occasionally at the nursing facility I stay at. It consisted of rice, ground pork and slivered almonds, it was salty and greasy yet oddly comforting. It was of course removed when the menu was revamped earlier this year.

Farts for days

My fancy peasant's gruel. Semolina gruel that turned into porridge like consistency (see I can afford the wheat, no need to water it down) with cut up wiener pieces in it. I'm sometimes fancy like this.

Feedback is very welcome. They were actually OK. I paired them with a Kinnegar Crossroads West Coast IPA (6.2 APV) drank straight from the can at first, I then broke down and got a glass.

The advertisement said “Shredded cheese with bacon and jalapeños”. It was $10.
