Aggies are getting out classed by a team that was outclassed by a team that got outclassed by Florida.
No way. UTexas is the only UT worth a damn
UT-Brisket vs UT-Ribs
Texas @ Tennessee
WGWTFA GBO!
I predict UT will win
Go Orange team go!
Yeah it's a lot harder to keep a running quarterback in the pocket when the offensive line is allowed to hold.
"Simulating using a restroom" penalty... facepalm
While the high snap was concerning (and I thought Manning waa dead to rights), it was funny to watch
Holly getting her Sark interview in ahead of time it seems
Oh the irony that the broadcast audio craps out when they're talking about how the comms will be fine
secondary is looking a lot like they don't "know the system" but also more worrying things like "how to tackle"
UT's Manning really keeping UT in this game, huh?
He's playing much better than last week, that's for sure. But it's not resulting in many points. I still think our defense is better than our offense (when they're not pissing away their stops)
This final sequence… SNIP SNAP! SNIP SNAP!
You have no idea the physical toll 5 final minute penalties has on a person
This has got to be the worst great ending to a game ever
GG Vols, wishing y'all good luck down the stretch and that both of us protect our QBs better
GG Longhorns, you win the orange belt. I won't be mad at a Manning win. But do take care of him.
So normally checker Neyland is Orange with White checkering, this week to honor Texas it's White with Orange checkering.
I don't think I ever noticed before that y'all have white goalposts. I wonder if they blend in with the crowd, possibly giving a slight edge against visiting kickers
I bet it does tbh, and I'm surprised we're allowed to. I've always just thought it was to be orange and white everywhere but I bet there is a small but non zero advantage there.
I like the call to go for it though
Ehhhh... there needs to be clarification on what constitutes the fair catch signal. I've been saying this since the 2023 Iowa-Minnesota game
Yes, and that's a dubious call that I'll take. It's certainly weird to try and define what constitutes "illegal" deception in a deceptive play
I don't know if we just watched two good teams duke it out or two bad teams drunkenly stumble all over the field, but I know both teams were propped up by their d lines.
talk about a second chance
tinfoil hat
I think that was only reviewed so the SEC could show off their new video review process
Yeah not the way you want to start, we have to keep the crowd in it if we want to have a chance. And we've got to keep the score beatable for Faizon
I find it amusing that the Vols receivers are proving tougher to cover for Mascoe than Jeremiah Smith was
This is what I was worried about with Faizon, people have been saying good on him for not forcing throws and just tucking and running. But I don't know that he looks at 2nd looks or has patience with pressure
How much does Carter owe to charity for the kick recovery?
Ole Miss at UF
I swear to god, any of the failed Florida coaches would have lasted years longer if they’d just made the offense fun to watch. Watching this team march up and down field is a hoot even if the defense makes me pucker.
So... Ole Miss is #4 in the AP poll because they beat Louisville (who lost to Wake today) and LSU, who was #9 at the time because...?
because money.
Gotta say, I was hoping the Gators snagged Kiffin when it first seemed possible, but thank God for whatever booster put the kibosh on that. We’re going to lose some games this year, but I haven’t been this optimistic in a while.
If Chambliss can't get back in the game, I'm not sure Ole Miss can win against this Florida team in the swamp
Those injuries seem like they’ll be fine for today if he can stay loose, but I think tomorrow is gonna suuuck for him.
But also, those war.gov (JFC y’all) commercials can fuck right off.
Holy hell what a freak deflection and catch
And the most textbook targeting penalty you’ll ever see.
Gators looking about as good as possible. There’s gonna be some games where teams contain the run and score on this slightly sus defense, but Billy didn’t leave the cupboard bare, and Sumrall is maybe actually a good gameday coach.
I cannot begin to explain how upset I am we don't play the gators this year
Scar @ Bama
I'm ready to get hurt again. dum spiro spero, baby.
GAME!
Iowa at Michigan
We've already got "extra second" jokes and reviews where we can't see what the B1G refs are talking about
Live by "the game is not over", die by "the game is not over"
I was curious so I looked it up: Kirk Ferentz and Kyle Whittingham's combined wins are 396. I wonder if there's been a matchup that exceeds that
TCU at UCF
Battle of the “initials only, please” schools. Both of them sort of struggling for an identity.
Frogs just got no "oomph" so far this year.
