Ehhhh... there needs to be clarification on what constitutes the fair catch signal. I've been saying this since the 2023 Iowa-Minnesota game
Yes, and that's a dubious call that I'll take. It's certainly weird to try and define what constitutes "illegal" deception in a deceptive play
