It's very self deprecating and plays into beauty standards because it implies only those commonly seen as 'ugly' by those standards are terrible and could never get partners.
Whilst it also promotes those who are seen as conventionally attractive as 'good' and could therefore get partners.
It is very much originating from incel culture for that reason too.
The 'left' needs their own memes and to stop trying to 'clean' ones with harmful origins and meanings.

Assuming you're a person, the most descriptive/representative reason to add the description of an image, is as alt Text, for the visually impaired who use screen readers for example.

That's also a non-sequitur. 4chan being used for fascist purposes doesn't make anything that comes from 4chan fascist. The fact that 4chan is/has been used a lot by neonazis doesn't make 4chan inherently fascist, because only people can be fascist. 4chan has been used a lot for fascist propaganda, but so have radios.
