I understand that, my question is why include it twice. Presumably screen readers will catch the second, so there's no reason to include the first.

Your claim that 4chan isn't necessarily fascistic is... Unfortunately ahistorical. 4chan has been so central to neonazi recruiting and propaganda, so many times, that it's not even funny anymore.

That's also a non-sequitur. 4chan being used for fascist purposes doesn't make anything that comes from 4chan fascist. The fact that 4chan is/has been used a lot by neonazis doesn't make 4chan inherently fascist, because only people can be fascist. 4chan has been used a lot for fascist propaganda, but so have radios.
