That's the problem, Idk what kind of professional would help. Psychiatrist and psychologist don't seem to get it.
I am not kidding it's like how a spasm happens, it happens involuntarily and passes in a second but it has happened enough times that I now notice it.
Do you maybe have specific trauma related to a specific blonde that hurt you badly?
Like not directly but like.. I am disabled and whenever someone talks about someone they consider to be an ideal they just use a light skin blonde person. Even in adverts it is always without fault a light skinned blonde person promoting something egregious like a cruise.
american leftists sadly often still cling to perceiving race as a supposed inherent biological characteristic, a belief probably caused by how ingrained this notion is in american "society", with race even still being a category used in government documents.
in reality, there is literally zero scientific evidence for the concept of biological race; in fact, there is countless evidence against such notions. "race" is a social construct created to facilitate colonial and class oppression, not a biological reality! the targets of racist oppression are not universal across time and geography.
people should try to avoid falling into the pitfalls of thinking that the problem with reactionary "analysis" is merely that it targets the wrong people, as the entire right-wing mode of perceiving reality is flawed from start to finish! white people participating in racist oppression is the result of their material conditions informing their class perspective, not some inherent and immutable (pseudo-)biological traits!
side note, and in no way me accusing op of any of this, but this kind of essentialist thinking is exactly how phenomena like liberal zionism manage to arise! if one forgoes material analysis and instead operates on a pre-conceived (and never questioned) notion of jews being "good people", one becomes more likely to deny or rationalise away colonial and settler violence.
I am not American, not that it really matters in this context because I am still from quite a racist place. I am not trying to analyze anything, I am talking about something I have been increasingly experiencing.
i know the feeling. i've been on the recieving end of my fair share of western-european racism and it's never pleasant… the reason i always argue so strongly for my views on such matters, is because i often deal with similar impulses.

I know that exact feeling, like you just stumbled across a rattlesnake, tho in my case it has more to do with white people generically than certain features and seems to only activate with about a third of white people I meet in general
I'm fairly positive its a subset of that general feeling people get when they encounter sociopaths and psychopaths who aren't masking properly, fashion, posture, tone of voice, the way folks make eye contact, the brain is tipped off in any number of ways that the vibe is fucked
Also people IN GENERAL tend to overestimate their ability to conceal their hostility, and if you're feeling it with every white person you meet, then you may be living in a locale where self-segregation is a conscious community phenomenon and that can be quite dangerous
I don't see them irl and it's not everyone but frequent enough for me to notice, whenever I see one online it's like "yes slave away for my new xbox you n-words in Congo" it happens most with light skin and blonde hair but light skin in general gives me that ick sometimes. Even if they're a leftist they're like "hehe I just want my gadgets and gizmos" like motherfucker Congolese people are being genocided for your "gadgets and gizmos" fucking can't you live without overconsumping?
