It's actually pretty good! Four hours and twenty mins long, so it's a commitment, but it's mostly a close up of a clogged toilet in real time. I don't know. Reading the wiki on NPD, it feels like megalomania is an extreme version of the grandiose subtype of NPD. Maybe with some flavour of sociopathy added.
