I think "human shields" is a better line in the current environment than "they deserved it". The MIC was hiding its financial organs underneath those civilians and therefore bares 100% of the blame for their deaths.
The people who died on 9/11 were victims of U.S. imperialism. the attitude that they truly deserved to die or something is silly imo

Ah yes. American finance capital. Famously the victims of US imperialism. At least go with the argument that it is crass to crow about people dying and the people who got cancer in the aftermath.

Obviously this is sadly not the actual case. Materially id say the 9/11 attacks did not change the nature of american finance and its imperialistic effects. (for the better at least)
So i think its a little off base to believe im defending capital here
