I make carrot lox + cashew cream cheese and put that on a plain bagel with capers, red onions, and cucumbers.
Everything with lox and just a ton of associated bullshit on it

Everything bagel with garlic chive shmear. If doing an egg cheese, then everything bagel with egg cheese, veggie sausage, and jalapeno cream cheese
Baggles aren't really a thing here but probably cream cheese, salmon and horseradish. Or a really good egg salad.
