The People Of Tranquility Have Taken Advantage Of Our Generosity For Too Long. From Now On The Sea Of Tranquility Shall Be Known As The Sea Of America.

Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter.

[–] TeddE@lemmy.world 1 points 3 minutes ago

I'm worried we'll start a war with them and we'll be put down, blasted by tranquilizers.

[–] cabillaud@lemmy.world 5 points 59 minutes ago

Nasty People of Tranquility, so nasty.

Onlookers fear ‘something very wrong’ with Trump

This is their threshold?

There has been something obviously "very wrong" with him for years. Decades, even.

[–] WolvenSpectre@lemmy.ca 4 points 1 hour ago

Don't you mean "Orbital America" 😜

[–] Lushed_Lungfish@lemmy.ca 10 points 2 hours ago (1 children)

Uh, anyone with a modicum of sense has known this for YEARS. Please try to keep up.

[–] sydd@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

Yeah, we put a flag there and everything. Come on people!

[–] HaraldvonBlauzahn@feddit.org 5 points 1 hour ago

Onlookers fear ....

I like that kind of fine British understatement. It is like the BBC diffuses that MS Titanic appears to have had a minor collision with something floating on the surface and there might even exist risk that she cannot reach her destination harbour on time.

[–] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 5 points 1 hour ago

yes he is a total braindead moron incapable of salient thought

[–] thedeadwalking4242@lemmy.world 6 points 1 hour ago* (last edited 1 hour ago) (1 children)

I thought this was a meme.

Edit: I'm pretty sure this breaks several treaties the US made with other gov

[–] justme@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 points 1 hour ago (1 children)

it's not like he cares much about treaties that the us signed

[–] kent_eh@lemmy.ca 3 points 12 minutes ago

He doesn't even care about treaties that he signed.

New Jerseys is now New America. Moon is now Moonmerica. This really is representative of why the rest of us mock america for being so fucking stupid.

[–] obvs@lemmy.world 2 points 1 hour ago

Don't you mean "Moon America"?

Man, how disrespectful of you. Use its real name.

[–] ooo_shiny@lemmy.nz 9 points 3 hours ago
[–] DMCMNFIBFFF@lemmy.world 6 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

Will Trump make an executive order claiming that the Moon is America's?

Moorica add some cows

[–] sircac@lemmy.world 12 points 4 hours ago* (last edited 4 hours ago) (1 children)

He claimed ownership of Venezuelan oil, Greenland, Canada and whatever he whims, so...

[–] Etterra@discuss.online 2 points 3 hours ago

Well at least he's so busy ruining the economy by loosing to Iran that he's got no time to invade Cuba.

[–] TigerAce@lemmy.dbzer0.com 9 points 5 hours ago (6 children)

It's not too bad as he isn't saying the moon is a projection or that the earth is flat, like many of his followers. But the fact there is something seriously wrong is what we all know since he first ran for president, or even before that. Nothing has changed ever since. The guy is deranged. He's like Hitler, while missing a few chromosomes.

He's elderly, ill, and has dementia, on top of the fact that he may very well be the dumbest human to walk the earth in several millennia, this is not news to anyone.

[–] FatVegan@leminal.space 19 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

That's what's blowimg my mind. Yeah he's old, demented, has always been surrounded by dumb yes men. But even putting that aside, he's just as dumb as a sack of rocks. Always has been.

[–] metermatic26@lemmy.world 13 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

Its said he used to be quite charming and manipulative, so its not really stupidity. I think he may have a personality disorder. His choices often aren’t contemplated, but rash and emotional.

There’s also a pattern to his actions. Absolutely none of his decisions seem to be governed by empathy, morality, ideology, strategic national interests or even long term personal interests. Instead, nearly all his actions seem impulsive and emotional, aimed at satisfying his short term personal need for gratification, admiration or payback.

His frequent tantrums, his impulsive decision making, his inability to maintain composure, his inability to maintain professional relationships, together they all point to some sort of mental illness.

[–] PolarKraken@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 1 hour ago

I've known someone else a bit like this, where he seemed "stupid" - found it very difficult to learn traditional academic subjects - but he was top notch at manipulation, and had an uncanny knack for guessing what people wanted in any given scenario.

You can't be truly dumb and successfully manipulate the majority of people you meet. Put another way, people who are as limited as he seems - find it very difficult to understand people and get what they want/need from them.

“It’s a simple question, Doctor. Would you eat the moon if it were made of ribs?”

the increase in trump gaffes correlates with the amount epstein file related news surfacing.

[–] BeMoreCareful@lemmy.world 2 points 5 hours ago (1 children)
[–] prex@aussie.zone 4 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

Wait, Reagan fucked Epstein? New conspiracy unlocked.

[–] BeMoreCareful@lemmy.world 1 points 2 hours ago

There may have been some light treason

They can't even take a strait, or maintain equipment, and have issues with feeding their people. So yes, the us should totally try to "take" over the moon.

[–] echodot@feddit.uk 16 points 8 hours ago (4 children)

Invading an undefended unpopulated rock might just be achievable by the current US military. Although I have some doubt that anyone in the current US administration knows about the lack of oxygen.

[–] DMCMNFIBFFF@lemmy.world 1 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

I'm not sure if the Us military could send a person 1000 km into space: and that might be a good thing.

Does he have to stay alive? Or in one piece?
