I don't know how to prove it, but I was carrying this pack of sparkling water, dropped it and this can flew out, that's why its dented. Its still sealed, but has 0 sparkling water. I feel scammed.

It's dehydrated instant water. You just add water and it turns into water.
call the number on the back of the can and tell them. they love to hear when bottlers are screwing them and will fix the supply chain issue. Also you have a good chance of getting coupons for free seltzer. I did it before when I bought dr pepper 2 years ago and one can was half full. I call the company thanked me for the info and send me coupons for 3 12 packs of dr pepper in appreciation.
Every 12 pack comes with one can of Sparkling Oxygen. It's the latest trend.
As long as the sparkles are there -- you're good.

At least you got free calories, sodium and sweetener with it.
Bottlers should have a full can inspector working and the empty can is kicked off the line. This happens when a tank is switched at the can filler.
