My worst ones, I black out and come to in a puddle of sweat, shaking and crying.

Usually, its more like I'm at the top of a rollercoaster. My insides clench up like I'm waiting for the guillotine to drop. My eyes fill with tears, shaking, etc.

Nausea. Before I knew what anxiety was I was so confused why I would throw up before doing something big.

Maybe similar to you but in the opposite direction, but I never really noted much physical symptoms of anxiety unless I was outright panicking, so I never thought I was particularly anxious.

Now I'm honestly not sure if it's anxiety or what, but ever since I had a major mental health episode this past fall and winter, stomach pains and nausea are actually one of my big indicators of a bad mental health days. Literally never used to happen to me before.

I suppose there may be a benefit in my new symptom to clue me in to hunker down for some waves and try to do nice things for myself. Dunno.

That's interesting. This was when I was young and dumb but before I knew what anxiety was, nausea was my only symptom. I wouldn't be nervous or panicked, I would just feel like shit, vomit, then once I left my house/started doing the thing the nausea would go away because I was having fun. I also found that weed shut the nausea off completely. So I had the self medicated cure which probably delayed me in figuring out what anxiety really is. These days I'm self aware enough that I get every classic symptom of anxiety and understand when I'm having anxiety even before it gets to nausea.

I mean technically all allergies are your body's erroneous immune response to itself so....makes sense

I usually get off rather easily with that one, though oddly it's one of those things I've learned to detect in me rather well. Just the racing heart, blushing and sweaty palms/all over actually.

There are rare times when fast/shallow breaths, choking feeling and the strong need to run away comes , but thats rare enough that i haven't truly figured out what migh be the exact cause, i assume it's just people.

Just pushing through and afterwards giving it time for the heart rate to slow down is enough to dissipate it.

It varies depending on the situation and my overall condition, but some primary and secondary (such as coping) symptoms are, in no particular order:

I start doing mistakes, I start saying the word "fuck" a lot, my stomach starts to ache, my breathing becomes heavy and/or fast paced, I am perceived as grumpy, I islolate myself (literally and figuratively), I become sad, I rot in bed, I watch porn, I overeat, I start poking myself with a really nice high quality French knife, I vent on Blåhaj/Lemmy, I consider dying (although I wouldn't end my life yet), I leave work early or take a sickday, I take an unnecessary shower
