I actually have played that! It's entertaining for a bit
I would love a sort-of Spore RTS where you design bugs and they evolve. After you design your species, you have Brood War style gameplay where you have to beat other colonies using your design while harvesting resources.
There isn't Spore-like evolution from what I recall, but Impossible Creatures is an RTS with the species designing part.

Spiked Carapace reflects damage once per source and will not reflect again for the duration of that cast.
