MODERATORS
As much as it is annoying, being able to go into an interview and say “I’m currently employed” does wonders. Doesn’t matter that it’s in the most broken, bullshit way, prospective employers see that and think “well there must be something good about them if some other employer thought they were good enough.” So milk that for all it’s worth.
but then the "why are you leaving?" and other follow up questions can be a trap if you're not prepared
I was very satisfied with my previous job and I am very grateful for the opportunities I was provided. I'm seeking greater challenges to develop my skills further in alignment with my long-term career goals.
