Well, also said private jet, so that’s probably multimillionaire, not just “average homeowner.”

[edit] it was Josh Baer — he will be missed. He used his money to mentor people through starting their own successful companies.

Private jets cost more than people think they do. Net worth would have to be hundreds of millions.
