The UK policing system isn't perfect, but the whole "two tier policing" is just a dog whistle for the gammon brigade.

The US government is a cesspit of corruption, racism and homophobia, with an actual two-tier system where members of the elite molest children and commit other crimes with impunity. Their interference in other countries' politics is unwelcome hypocrisy.
