And one of the justifications for such a law is for the safety of all people аs, for example, is now happening with the law on Internet safety in europe, "who knows what you are trying to create in your garage? Or do you want to take revenge for the fact that the bright future of your children was taken away because of AI?". Same with surveillance, there will be the same excuses for AI systems to track you constantly, to know your personality better than you do, to be able to predict your every move, emotion and desire.
