i would suspect this isnt actually that old, the steam those bags trap are like an incubator for mold. we need to see how much give is left in the bread to really know though--give it a squeeze guvna 
my guess is they batch-make heaps of these and seal them and someone forgot to throw a leftover out at close, then it got mixed in with the new stock
