Post guidelines

Magyar literally means hungarian in hungarian.

i see people remark on this, but it's an extremely normal last name here.

we have a whole suite of ethnicity-type last names:

  • Horvát = croat
  • Tóth = slovak
  • Rácz and Szerb = serb
  • Lengyel = polish
  • Németh = german
  • Oláh = romanian
  • so of course there's also Magyar
