Difference between the terms in minimal, and those can be used interchangeably: Education focuses primarily on formal academic coursework, while Development usually includes practical applications and skillwork.
Is squeak a name or a nickname?
Could say the same about all the guys actually. Only the girls have names that don't sound like nicknames.
I do love the dynamic of the adults feeling like they have no excuses after the kid says he's in.
I’m assuming the kid’s name isn’t actually squeak, or else it would have been capitalized, and I’m not sure if this is commentary on their actual names or not.
It hadn't really registered before now, but I think we’ve learned all of the gals names, and none of the guys 
Maybe it's an in-joke among the goblins that all the dudes have nicknames
Haha, except I’m an idiot and forgot we do know Sneeze and Rumples, though I guess they are more on the nickname-ish side of names.
I do want the rest of the names though
