Difference between the terms in minimal, and those can be used interchangeably: Education focuses primarily on formal academic coursework, while Development usually includes practical applications and skillwork.
I’m assuming the kid’s name isn’t actually squeak, or else it would have been capitalized, and I’m not sure if this is commentary on their actual names or not.
