Remember, Elon Musk was in America on a student visa but working for his brother's company instead of attending school. That's visa fraud, which you're required to disclose on any subsequent visa or citizenship applications. He didn't, so he's also guilty of immigration fraud.

I read the book, it's the later.

There's no fucking way, so i read it. It doesn't. It spins a mostly untrue (to him) tale that is honestly normal in the non rich people raised in Appalachia. I had family in the hills.
The mine/mill/factory was either sold to China and shut down, or just shut down for non profitability, leaving everyone working in the service industry with no money flowing into the areas. People get poor, drugs happen, service industry crumbles.
He told them that book would explain their story, so they just went OK, that's why we're racist, sexist, hate the poor.

She’s probably a self hating Asian who would rather have a racist partner as long as he’s white than be with an Asian man. It’s like short women who only want a tall partner because they feel insecure and need to compensate. There are way too many racist white man with an Asian wife for it to be a coincidence.

Omar is a true American, loyal to her people. The same cannot be said of JD Vance.
And a claim like this isn't something within jurisdiction of the VP I don't believe. So it isn't an official act for him to be making this claim. Therefore suing him directly for libel I would think should be fine.
J. D. Vance and Trump are the kind of people that simply don't deserve to be part of a society, because all they do is evil and selfish.
They should be expelled to live in some remote uninhabited region, and never be allowed back to civilization.
But since we don't have that practice, they are also the kind of people that actually deserve the death penalty, because they have caused mass death of innocent people, contrary to many that have actually received a death penalty.
These people are so despicable that they are no better than serial killers, yet at election day half the voters supported getting such an administration. And still more than a third support them, and the only reason it has declined is because of oil prices going up. All the sociopathic shit they do is OK!
