And that’s basically it!
Charlie Kirk had it all—charisma, faith, respect for everyone...
LOOOOOL
Anyway, rest in piss, pervert
Finally pickleball is good for something.
Fucking headlines are getting stranger by the day.
"~~Robert Mueller~~ Some racist pervert dude just died. Good, I'm glad he's dead. He can no longer hurt innocent people!"
Wait. Am I doing this right?
What innovations did he make in "modern" cheerleading?
Im guessing he was the reason Penn & Teller had to do a Bullshit! episode on the subject
If I had to guess, financialization.
Lol. Lmao, even
Maybe roflcopter weather permitting
Another one bites the dust.
The hell is pickleball
Apparently something like tennis, but on a badminton court.
invented in 1965 as a children's backyard game
It's worse-minton.
no, nothing is worse than badminton. besides maybe that speedwalking shit
Clearly you have not pickled the balls
But yes, speedwalking is worse than that
wait, just remembered that cup stacking bullshit that got forced on everyone for awhile that shit was even dumber
Nobody was forced to stack those cups, either.
definitely got pushed from down top, nobody would willingly stack cups for "sport" otherwise
Bravo!
Old people tennis. I feel like the trend was going younger last year, but now I feel it's only for middle age people and older.
badminton is old people tennis. i feel like pickleball is midlife crisis territory
A lower net. Plays a more like tiny tennis.
Been getting more and more popular over the decade, and it’s pretty huge in the states these days. If you’re in a major US metro, you know someone who plays it.
Kiddy tennis for unfit old people
Ehh it's not the most fun game but it's good for anyone of any fitness level looking for exercise. We used to play it during winter in college and I was fit as fuck back then.
It's great for older people because there's way less joint stress and injury is, despite this article, pretty rare
Let us use this opportunity to eliminate cheerleading altogether in his honor
C'mon grim reaper! Keep going!
What the hell is pickleball?
Tennis with ping pong paddles and a whiffle ball.
this mf whiffed and died lmao
or more likely (knowing absolutely nothing about his health or injury besides his age), i'd guess he had vision problems because he's 76, the vision problems combined with a rotation on the court caused him to trip and hit his head or break a bone in his torso/pelvis/femur and that hit or break was enough to cause whatever other health problems he had to overwhelm him.
i have a friend who was, for a brief time, the leading authority in the world in knocking over old people and her professional opinion is that most falls (like over 2/3 of them) are caused by vision problems. Keep your eyes checked as you age, and make sure your parents and grandparents (if they're still alive) have current prescriptions because falls can kill you way easier than you think.
i have a friend who was, for a brief time, the leading authority in the world in knocking over old people
This makes it sound like she out there pushing them over
When I first referred to her biomechanical engineering PhD this way her husband spat across the room. They are very dear friends.
appreciate you lookin out 🥰
Tennis for out of shape people
That's badminton isn't it ?
Tennis with pickles for balls
Such a waste of pickles you hate to see it.
Imagining he slammed is head on some very hard or sharp object near the court? It’s pretty difficult to do that much damage on a typical flat court surface falling.
It might not have taken much. I hear the Kirk boys are prone to head injuries
Totally read that headline wrong. I was thrown off by thinking that photo was Brian Kilmeade
Counting or not counting sports-related injuries?
