MODERATORS
Congress gave ICE more money than the marine corps in the budget last year. They are funded for a long time. The DHS funding being withheld is for other parts of the agency. Obviously, the most apparent disruption is airport security, hence the headline.
It's completely fucked that ICE got 6 times its normal budget last year.
Or to translate from lying conservative sack of shit speak: "I'll send the Brownshirts to build more terror among the populace and consolidate more power under my quasi-legal thugs. Unless you stop fighting back against the Brownshirts."
So uhh what's this mean for people who have to travel to the states for work? Or the people that for whatever reason, make the decision to travel?
It was already a bad idea. It's like deciding to sleep with your ex after she's told you she contracted VD after the divorce. (this didn't actually happen to me, but it seemed the best analogy)
Go for it. The more Americans he can piss off the better.

So he's going to use ICE to assist the TSA and speed up security checkpoints at airports..?
I'm confused. Is that his threat? ICE is definitely underqualified for the job and is almost certainly going to discriminate on appearance and ID doc, but TSA already does that.
"Underqualified" is an ATS requirement under this junta.
