Maybe Cuba should move to reorganize their society to one that doesn't depend on oil? Instead of accepting Russian oil, maybe try to import Chinese Solar Panels and Windmills?

I mean they are importing Chinese solar panels, but it takes time to reorganize the whole economy. In the mean time, Russia is the only country that's willing to challenge the burger reich and keep them afloat.
The Soviets were also willing to do that 60+ years ago, and yet Cuba is still importing oil from the same geographic region with apparently no change in their society?
I mean they've been under brutal siege warfare from the fascists in the US. What exactly do you expect Cuba to do? Meanwhile, stuff like solar has only become cheap very recently, and Cuba has already installed quite a bit of solar capacity with the help of China. Seems to me like you're just complaining here without spending any time to actually understand the situation?
